Investigating - Dear R360 Cloud Hosting Customers,

We recently had one of our Hyper-V servers reboot due to an unscheduled Windows update that affected about 25 of our servers causing them all to reboot. They are coming back online now. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you were disconnected from the server you can go ahead and log back in now. This coming Saturday April 27th, 2024, we will be performing our quarterly security updates, and this will require to reboot all servers at 4:00 PM PST / 7:00 PM EST. The update window should take a total of 1-4 hours. Please make sure to exit QuickBooks and other applications by 3:00 PM PST / 6:00 PM EST and click Start>0-LogOff out of your server sessions. We will send a notification after the updates are complete for you to log back in.
