R360 Hosting - Disconnected Session Internet Issues
Resolved - Yesterday's Internet outages from ATT, Verizon, Spectrum ... that were affecting connecting/disconnecting to the R360 servers appear to have resolved themselves and haven't occurred again. If you experience connects/disconnects, just re-authenticate on the https://r360.com website and login again.

Identified - Hello,

Currently we have had reports of disconnected remote desktop sessions. We have also found some intermittent issues with internet connections. ATT, Verizon, and Spectrum have high reports of outages and issues. We have investigated on our servers, gateway servers, routers, and switches on our end. We have not found any issues with that would cause any disconnects.

If you have been disconnected and unable to log back into your server. Please go to https://r360.com and authenticate on our website again. You may have to authenticate once again to get back on.

We will keep our customers posted once resolved.

Scheduled - Dear R360 Cloud Hosting Customers,

This coming Saturday July 20th, 2024, we will need to update and reboot all servers starting at 9:00 PM PST / 12:00 AM EST in order to install Microsoft Windows Critical Updates that recently were released. The update window should take a total of 3-5 hours. Please make sure to exit QuickBooks and other applications by 9:00 PM PST / 12:00 AM EST and click Start>0-LogOff out of your server sessions. We will send a notification after the updates are complete for you to log back in.

Polyfill Supply Chain Attack Affecting Intuit Merchant Website and 100K More Sites

Identified - R360 Customers,

On Tuesday, July 9th, 2024, security researchers confirmed that the cdn.polyfill.io domain is injecting malicious code into more than 100,000 website that use it. This includes Intuit Merchant Services website. The polyfill.io website was used to host a service for adding JavaScript polyfills to sites, small bits of code that provide modern functionality in older browsers and ensure compatibility with a broader range of browsers. Our EPDR program which is installed on all our servers has deployed a blocking on any website using polyfills.io. So, on our servers if you have been getting site block alerts from Intuit Merchant services or any other site that uses polyfill.io. That is the reason why.

Protecting our users and servers is our top priority. We will not be able to whitelist these sites due to the attack affecting them. If you need to get to these sites, please use your local browser to access them. We apologize for any inconvenience at this time.
