Dear R360 Cloud Hosting Customers,

We apologize for the short notice. Today WatchGuard released a critical update to our EPDR software that protects our servers from malware, viruses and ransomware. Throughout the day today all servers were deployed with the update and now a reboot needs to happen in order to install it. We plan to install the update this evening at 10 PM PST / 1 PM EST. The update/reboot process should take about 30 minutes per server. Please make sure that you log out of all of your applications and click Start>0-LogOff to sign out of all of your Remote Desktop Sessions prior to the update window.

Also, this weekend we will be installing Microsoft updates to all of our servers as part of the monthly Microsoft patches. This will occur Saturday starting at 10 PM PST / 1 AM EST. We'll send out a separate notification/reminder for this.
