Dear R360 Hosting Customers,

While the last two weeks we have seen some disconnected sessions. We believe we have narrowed the cause of the issue. If you find that after you authenticate that you are unable to log into the server. Please come to our live chat - https://r360.com/chat and a tech can check over your remote desktop settings to verify you are configured correctly.

You can also follow the KB links below and verify your shortcut for the server has all the correct settings. If you do not, you can reference the KB and make those changes to log in. If you are unsure on how to do that, you can come to our chat, and we can look it over.
