Dear R360 Cloud Hosting Customers,

We will be patching/upgrading our WatchGuard EPDR software on all servers starting at 8 PM PST / 11 PM EST until 3 AM PST/ 6 AM EST Saturday 7/6/2024 - Sunday 7/7/2024. During this time all servers sessions will be completely reset. Please make sure to click the Start Menu within your Remote Desktop Session and click 0-LogOff to completely sign out of your session prior to this maintenance period.
