Dear R360 Cloud Hosting Customers,

This coming Saturday April 27th, 2024, we will be performing our quarterly security updates, and this will require to reboot all servers at 4:00 PM PST / 7:00 PM EST. The update window should take a total of 1-4 hours. Please make sure to exit QuickBooks and other applications by 3:00 PM PST / 6:00 PM EST and click Start>0-LogOff out of your server sessions. We will send a notification after the updates are complete for you to log back in.
